With the new IPO for Twitter, people are suddenly more interested in this web tool. Do you tweet? Are you interested in Twitter? Here are some guidelines for starting with and using Twitter.
I still remember my first tweet when I signed up to Twitter on 2010, it was "what am I doing here?" it was because I didn't know how to use it? what to do with it? and what it would add to my life? after that I got addicted, I was tweeting all day long, I tweeted everything, it was a release to me. I think Twitter is a great tool, I got to stay in touch with the world and strangers who later became my good friends. I can't judge if twitter's popularity is going down or not because I haven't been a regular user as before. but I don't think it's popularity would die out so soon!
I have never Tweet because most of my friends don't have twitter. We usually use Facebook or Line to keep in touch and share our life together. Sometimes people use some technological tools because their friends or families use. Probably they don't have any interesting in this social network tool at the beginning but they want to participate and become the same groups; therefore, they learn how to use and then become a routine user. This is the process that I join Facebook. Twitter sounds popular in the United State. I am curious how to use it and why people like to tweet, so I will have my Twitter soon and I can image I will have the same problem with Danyah as a beginning user.
